Are Binary Triggers Legal in WV?

So, I've been doing a bit of research on binary triggers since I got my hands on an AR-15 recently. I'm a transplant, so I'm not entirely sure what the rules are here in West Virginia. Do these things fall under the same regulations as other trigger mods, or are they in a different category?

I was out at the range last weekend, and some folks were talking about them like they were the best thing since sliced bread. But then someone else chimed in, saying they might not be legal because of some state law. Honestly, I'm a bit confused by it all.

Has anyone here looked into this? I'd love to get some clarity before I invest in anything. It'd be nice to keep everything above board. What have you all heard?

Checking online, they are legal in WV. They are allowed at my club, but that is a private range, and the management wants informed if you bring one on the property. That is to be aware of it in case someone complains there is an automatic weapon on site.
