Old gear you still trust more than new ones

I trust my dad's leather belt holster from the 80s. It's worn smooth and more comfortable than any kydex I've tried. Yeah modern materials have advantages but sometimes the old ways just work. Not everything needs upgrading just because newer options exist..

Well-worn gear has a feel and reliability you just can’t replicate and sometimes sticking with what works is the smartest choice

My old canvas bag is better than any new one I've bought. It smells like the woods and somehow always feels right, no matter how much I stuff into it.
