Among these that will affect me personally is it will :
No longer be required to buy a Small Arms stamp to hunt with a revolver!!!!
I have hunted with revolver since 2003 and this has long been a sticking point of contention for me. Now I can just buy the license without having to pay an extra 8.00 to hunt with my revolver.
