Not How I Wanted To Spend Last Friday

I had just gotten Lisa's Yaris back from the shop and was taking it for a little drive when for some reason the USPS driver decided to make a U turn in front of me in the middle of a 2 lane road.


I'm sure it's totaled.


Last time I saw it.


I'm fine, just a little bit of a burn from the airbag on the inside of my right forearm.
I'm gonna miss that little car.

Did you get healed up ok? Did the insurance treat you ok? Or are you still fighting with the government beauracracy?

Man, that’s rough, glad you’re okay, airbags sting like crazy but better that than worse...sounds like the Yaris took one for the team, I hope the insurance part goes smoother than the drive did

The insurance said that the Yaris was a total loss and they'll be sending me a check for the value of the car. Just gotta wait a while.
