If you've been shooting for 20+ years, what tips would you give new shooters? Let’s hear the wisdom from the veterans of the range.

Always keep your finger off the trigger until you are prepared to shoot.
Never point a gun at anything that is not your target.
Bolt-on gadgets do not make you a better shooter.
Lasers, red dots, flashlights are for when you know how to shoot.
Your gun is not a toy.

Always wear both earplugs and muffs. Once your hearing is damaged, it's gone for good.
Hearing is priceless and even small lapses can have lifelong consequences. Thanks for the tip
